What is a sponsor?
A sponsor refers users to Toadfire.com. The partnership program is a simple process. We have broken it down into 2 steps:
1) Toadfire.com and you have a conversation about what we can do for each other.
2) A minimum requirement is an ad we provide you for your website pointing at Toadfire.com.
How does the sponsor program work?
When a user clicks our ad on your website they are brought to a page that explains the partnership between us. If that user creates a blog account we remember that you introduced them to us and your logo automatically sponsors all of their future blogs.
Your logo also goes into an ad pool with our other sponsors. Your logo is then randomly displayed on blogs that are not affiliated with any specific sponsor.
The beauty of sponsoring is relative marketing. We will use one of our current sponsors, calgarysoul.com, as an example. We already know that the users who signed up from calgarysoul.com like music. Odds are readers of these blogs also like music, thus are more likely to click the sponsor link. When our readers click the sponsor logo it brings new customers to the sponsor, thus the sponsorship circle is complete. We have both helped each other.
